Hello there, I’m Erica Billé. My journey has taken me from teaching and coaching to entrepreneurship and real estate, and I’m passionate about all of it.

Balancing family and business, I’ve built a life around education, sports, and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their real estate goals. 💼 Mortgage Broker-Owner: I’m the proud owner of Nest Mortgaging, where I’m on a mission to help my clients, partners, and my team in achieving their real estate goals whether purchasing a home or investment property.  With a background in education and a heart for finance, I’m dedicated to providing tailored mortgage solutions and building lasting relationships

👩‍🏫 Former Educator and Volleyball Coach: For 17 rewarding years, I had the privilege of being a high school math teacher, where I also served as an instructional coach and a head volleyball coach (as well as many other sports). It was a role that allowed me to shape young minds, inspire a love for numbers, and nurture a passion for sports and competitive drive.

🏠 Real Estate Investor: My journey in real estate began in 2012 when I dipped my toes into the world of real estate investing. Since then, I’ve been passionate about the opportunities it offers and have built a portfolio of properties.

📅 Entrepreneurship: In June 2022, I took a leap of faith and opened Nest Mortgaging. This venture is my way of combining my love for real estate with my expertise in finance to guide people towards their homeownership and real estate investing goals.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Matters: Outside of my professional life, I’m a devoted mom to two adorable children who are currently in elementary school. Family is at the core of everything I do. I’m also incredibly proud to be the wife of a US Army veteran, whose service has greatly influenced my perspective on life.
